Muslim RUNS UP On 2 ELDERLY Christians & Gets EXPOSED Again!

There are moments during public religious discussions where the real issue is not simply information, but consistency.

One minute, someone wants to criticize Christianity for mystery and depth, and the next minute, they place limitations on what God can or cannot do based purely on human reasoning.

In a recent interaction involving Shaykh Uthman Ibn Farooq, two elderly Christians approached a conversation with calmness, humility, and a desire to share the Gospel.

What followed was a discussion about the Trinity, the nature of Jesus, the return of Christ, and whether God could enter His own creation.

What stood out most was not flashy debating tactics but the contrast between simple faith and argumentative inconsistency.

One of the most refreshing parts of the interaction was the kindness shown by the elderly Christians. They spoke respectfully, shared personal testimony, and explained that they had been praying before coming out to speak with others.

Instead of approaching the discussion with hatred or aggression, they emphasized the holiness of God and mankind’s need for a Savior.

That matters.

Too often, online debates become more about scoring points than calling people to the truth. But Christianity is not merely about winning arguments. It is about reconciliation with God through Jesus Christ.

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23

“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” — 1 Timothy 2:5

The Christians continually brought the conversation back to humanity’s need for forgiveness and holiness before God.

One of the major objections raised was the familiar Muslim argument surrounding the Trinity.

Questions were asked, like:

  • How can Jesus be God if He prayed?
  • How can Jesus be both God and man?
  • If the Father and Son are distinct, does that mean Christians believe in multiple gods?

These objections sound persuasive on the surface, especially to people unfamiliar with Christian theology. But many of the arguments rely on forcing false either-or categories onto Scripture.

The Bible describes Jesus in multiple ways simultaneously:

  • Son of God
  • Lamb of God
  • Prophet
  • King of Kings
  • Lord
  • Savior
  • The Word made flesh

That does not create a contradiction. It reveals depth.

Likewise, Scripture reveals different truths about Christ without denying His divine nature.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” — John 1:1

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us.” — John 1:14

This is where the discussion about the Logos becomes important. Critics often try to redefine or weaken the meaning of the Greek word “logos,” but context matters.

John is not merely calling Jesus a spoken message or an abstract concept. He is identifying Christ as the eternal divine Word who entered creation.

Another interesting moment came when the topic shifted to what God “cannot” do.

A common objection was raised:

“If God cannot lie, then surely God also cannot become a man.”

But this argument falls apart once you understand the difference between inability and nature. The Bible says God cannot lie because lying contradicts His holy nature.

“In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began.” — Titus 1:2

But nowhere does Scripture say God cannot enter His creation or reveal Himself physically. In fact, throughout the Old Testament, we repeatedly see appearances of God interacting visibly with mankind.

The real issue is not whether God can do something, but whether He has revealed that He did. And according to Scripture, He did.

One of the most frequently quoted verses in Muslim-Christian debates is the Gospel of Mark 13:32:

“But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.” — Mark 13:32

Critics often claim this verse disproves the deity of Christ because Jesus says the Son does not know the hour of His return. But the discussion becomes much deeper when you examine the language and context.

The Greek word translated “know” can also carry the idea of making something known or declaring it publicly. In the surrounding context, Jesus is describing signs and events leading to His return.

The cultural background matters too.

In ancient Jewish wedding customs, a bridegroom would prepare a place for his bride at his father’s house. Once preparations were complete, it was traditionally the father who announced the time for the bride to be brought home.

Jesus actually mirrors this imagery perfectly.

“In my Father’s house are many mansions… I go to prepare a place for you.” — John 14:2

The point is not that Jesus lacks divine knowledge. The point is honor, authority, and timing within the relationship between Father and Son.

At one point, the argument was made that because the Trinity can be difficult to fully comprehend, it therefore cannot be true because “God is not the author of confusion.”

But there is a major difference between contradiction and complexity.

Human beings struggle to fully understand many things in creation itself—consciousness, time, gravity, DNA, and the universe—yet difficulty understanding something does not automatically make it false.

How much more should we expect the infinite God to surpass our complete comprehension?

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.” — Isaiah 55:8

Christianity does not teach irrationality. It teaches humility before the greatness of God. Share on X

One of the biggest issues throughout the exchange was inconsistency.

The Bible passages that describe Jesus as a prophet, mediator, or servant are accepted. But the passages declaring His divinity are ignored or dismissed.

You cannot selectively quote Scripture only when it appears to support your position. The same Bible that calls Jesus a prophet also says:

“Before Abraham was, I am.” — John 8:58

And the Jewish audience understood exactly what He meant, which is why they immediately accused Him of blasphemy. Jesus was not merely claiming pre-existence. He was identifying Himself with the divine name revealed to Moses.

Despite all the theological arguments, the most important part of the conversation remained unchanged:

Humanity needs salvation. No amount of debate, church attendance, religious clothing, or intellectual discussion can remove sin. Only Jesus saves.

The elderly Christians kept returning to this truth over and over again because that is the center of the Gospel.

“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” — Acts 4:12

And honestly, that simplicity is powerful.

Public debates can sometimes become heated, but moments like these remind us why Christians must stay grounded in Scripture, patient in conversation, and focused on the Gospel rather than ego.

Questions about the Trinity, the deity of Christ, the Logos, and passages like Mark 13:32 will continue to come up in discussions with Muslims. But believers should never be intimidated by difficult questions.

Study Scripture deeply, understand the context, and trust that God’s truth can withstand scrutiny. Share on X
