How to Make $100 a Day with a $7 Digital Product

Making $100 a day online might sound impossible—especially if you’re just starting. But what if I told you it can be done with a single $7 digital product?

Not only that—it can be done without fancy tech, a big audience, or years of experience.

The key is creating a product so valuable, people feel like they’re robbing you when they buy it.

Let me show you how this works, using examples from my own business journey.

A woman selling a product online.Step 1: Make a $7 Product That Feels Like It Should Cost $97

Your first goal is to create a $7 product. But not just any product—one that delivers such real transformation that customers say,

“I would’ve paid $97 for this.”

That kind of value doesn’t come from length or complexity. It comes from solving a real problem with a clear, actionable solution.

You can create a:

  • Short ebook
  • Recorded masterclass
  • Audio bundle
  • Or ideally, a digital course

My first digital product was five videos—just 40 minutes in total. I was terrified to show my face, so I used simple slides and narrated over them.

But that one afternoon of courage turned into my first online business earning thousands monthly.

Today, I run CashFlow for Christians—a digital course that helps believers turn their skills or passions into income in seven days or less.

When I launched it, I priced it at $7… but I honestly felt conflicted. The content was so valuable, it felt wrong to charge so little.

One customer even messaged me:

“I was going to refund if it didn’t deliver, but this gave me so much value I feel like I’m stealing. Great job, brother!”

Customer testimonial statement.

That’s the feeling you want your buyers to have. Not confusion or hesitation—but overwhelming gratitude.

You don’t need to spend months creating something huge. Focus on creating something helpful. People will trade money for transformation. Share on X

Selling 15 copies of your $7 product each day will earn you $100. That’s not impossible—but it’s also not the only path. A smarter approach is to include upsells.

What’s an upsell? It’s a follow-up product you offer after the initial purchase—one that solves the next logical problem.

Let me show you how this works with a story.

Years ago, I bought a camera. But I didn’t walk away with just the camera. I bought:

  • A tripod (to keep it steady)
  • A remote (to avoid reaching across)
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Extra lenses

Why? Because owning a camera created new needs. The seller anticipated those problems and solved them on the spot. That’s what good upselling looks like.

It’s the same with CashFlow for Christians. After someone buys the $7 course, I offer an upsell called Product Ideas That Pay Everyday. Why? Because one of the biggest problems people face is knowing what product to sell.

An image of a digital product called Product Ideas That Pay Everyday.

In that upsell, I help them find an idea they:

  • Are passionate about
  • Feel confident in
  • Know others will pay for daily

It’s not manipulative—it’s helpful. Because a great $7 course creates clarity… but that clarity often reveals new questions.

Now here’s the fun part: when customers trust you, they upsell themselves.

That’s what I used to do at McDonald’s—before I kicked the habit eight years ago. I’d walk in and say,

“Give me a large Quarter Pounder meal with cheese, a strawberry milkshake, and a double cheeseburger.”

Nobody had to ask. I wanted it all.

Why? Because I was already in buying mode. That’s what your customers will do when your initial product delivers real value.

So instead of selling 15 copies of one product a day, you might sell 5–7 copies—but with upsells, you’re still hitting (or exceeding) $100 per day.

Even the best $7 product won’t sell if nobody knows it exists. That’s why you must start creating content that speaks directly to the people you serve.

And here’s the good news: you don’t need a fancy camera.

I record videos right from my phone, upload them to Instagram or YouTube, and call out my exact audience. I’ll literally say something like:

“Are you someone who wants to make $100 a day selling a simple $7 product? If so, comment ‘7’ below and I’ll send you a free video showing you exactly how.”

That 15-second video becomes a lead magnet. People respond, engage, and get the training. It’s that simple.

Don’t overthink your content. Don’t wait for perfect lighting or gear. What people care about is this: Can you help me?

If the answer is yes, your content—however “basic”—will connect. When you post consistently, and with the right message, people come.

Some will buy. Others will follow. But over time, that consistent message becomes income. Share on X

You don’t need a massive audience, or a $1,000 camera, or to quit your job to start.

All you need is a solid $7 product, a system to upsell new solutions, and the willingness to post simple content that speaks to your people.

And when you do it consistently—$100/day is not just possible. It’s predictable.

Most people will never tell you this… but there’s one critical step you must take if you want to stop working 40+ hours a week and build a digital income from home.
